Requirements: Ten (10) years electrical and/or mechanical experience in weapon systems test and evaluation support with five (5) of those years managing test support contracts, supervising test personnel and interfacing with test engineers.
Provides technical oversight in planning, directing and evaluating the overall project, project development efforts, and technology research/development. Employs a thorough understanding of the complete cycle of Army weapons test & evaluation systems. Utilizes engineering/analytical expertise in leading a team in contract management. Ensures effective project implementation. Utilizes an in-depth knowledge and understanding of contract management. Develop solutions and/or recommendations for resolution of technical problems and challenging issues. Manages cost, schedules and performance of systems/equipment. Provides direction for operations and ensures compliance with management policies, plans and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
+ Flight Test Support Area Supervisor (Site Manager)

The Flight Test Support Area Supervisor responsibilities and authority shall be such that rapid response to changing/emerging requirements within the Flight Test Support Area is facilitated.
The candidate will be responsible for deriving/defining requirements, establishing verification and validation plans and preparing technical reports and recommendations. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing detailed analyses, specifications, cost estimates and technical reports. The candidate must have the ability to communicate across disciplines, customers, and prime contractor interfaces. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
+ Telemetry and Data Management Support Area Supervisor (Site Manager)

Telemetry and Data Management Support Area Supervisor responsibilities and authority shall be such that rapid response to changing/emerging requirements within the Telemetry and Data Management Support Area is facilitated.
The candidate will be responsible for deriving/defining requirements, establishing verification, and validation plans and preparing technical reports and recommendations. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing detailed analyses, specifications, cost estimates and technical reports. The candidate must have the ability to communicate across disciplines, customers, and prime contractor interfaces. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
+ Field Sensors Support Area Supervisor (Site Manager)

The candidate will also be responsible for preparing detailed analyses, specifications, cost estimates and technical reports. The candidate must have the ability to communicate across disciplines, customers, and prime contractor interfaces. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Requirements: Five (5) years technical experience in test range operations involving either ordnance, tracked tactical vehicles, or class IV lasers with at least two (2) of those years serving in leadership of test range personnel.

Sr. Level Program Manager (PM) with experience in managing multiple Teammates and Subcontractors. Experience and education required in Engineering, Science and/or Management disciplines. Military or Government Program/Project management background desired. Missile and/or Aviation experience at AMCOM, NASA, MDA or SMDC a plus.
Junior and senior level positions providing support to our Army customers for various military weapon systems. A basic systems engineering background and knowledge of the design and development of military systems are beneficial. Essential skills include systems engineering, experience with multiple software languages, familiarity with software development/lifecycle processes, good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience in the design and development of military systems, focusing on software, is essential. Technical support includes review and evaluation of Prime Contractor and Government technical reports, Functional Hazard Assessments (FHAs), hazard analyses, system safety risk assessments (SSRA), Safety Assessment Reports (SARs), technical and operator’s manuals, technical specifications, and changes/deviation/waivers. These individuals will participate in IPTs, software design reviews, code reviews, test plan reviews, test report reviews, and problem report reviews, as appropriate. The successful candidates will review technical documentation, coordinate task/issues with the appropriate Government project lead engineer, and coordinate any issues with the appropriate functional representative, the AMCOM Program Offices, other outside Government agencies, the field users, or other contractors and vendors, as required. Candidates should be familiar with MIL-STD-882D or similar safety standards. A familiarity with AMCOM-385-17, LDRA, and STAMP/STPA is a plus for these positions.
Junior and senior level positions providing airworthiness engineering support to our customer for various manned and unmanned aviation systems project offices. Experience in the design and development of military systems, focusing on software, is essential. Technical support includes review and evaluation of Prime Contractor and Government technical reports, aircraft and component safety assessments, airworthiness documentation, Functional Hazard Assessments (FHAs), hazard analyses, system safety risk assessments (SSRA), Safety Assessment Reports (SARs), technical and operator’s manuals, technical specifications, and changes/deviation/waivers. These individuals will participate in IPTs, software design reviews, code reviews, test plan reviews, test report reviews, and problem report reviews, as appropriate. The successful candidates will review technical documentation, coordinate task/issues with the appropriate Government project lead engineer, and coordinate any issues with the appropriate functional representative, the AMCOM Program Offices, other outside Government agencies, the field users, or other contractors and vendors, as required. The ability to express engineering findings orally and in written technical reports is essential. Familiarity with commercial practices including SAE ARP 4761, FAA DO-178B, DO-254, SCADE, LDRA, and STAMP/STPA is a strong plus.

System Safety Engineering - Requires a Bachelor of Science degree and experience in System Safety as applied to the military system.
Risk Analysis - Requires a Bachelor of Science degree and experience in conducting quantitative risk analysis for large aerospace programs.
Software Development - Requires excellent analytical skills with knowledge of software engineering and programming in C++, Visual Basic, Web-based application development, and Database skills.
Software Safety Engineering - Applicant should be familiar with System Safety, Software Development, and Software Testing.
Range Safety - Background in Flight Safety Analysis, Risk Analysis, or Range Safety Systems. Education in Probability, Statistics, Mathematics, or Aeronautical Engineering is preferable.
